As a Financial Adviser, Jiali is dedicated to learning about client’s personal goals, and focus on client’s specific needs. She understands clients may in different stages of their life: purchasing a first home, financing a child’s post-secondary education or starting a new business. A right financial product or advise must reflect the personal or business situation, and so will highlight their future.
Prior to joining EverBright, Jiali worked as a senior client relationship manager at KVB KUNLUN, which is a global financial company and listed on HK stock exchange. She accumulated considerable experience at KVB and successfully managed the Auckland sales team for years. Her professionalism and excellent customer service had brought her a long-term client relationship. She attention to detail, good listening skills and great empathy are symbols of her appreciation by her clients.
Jiali holds a Bachelor of Business study degree, major in finance from Massey University. She is a member of Financial dispute resolution Service as well.
Outside of finance, Jiali is also the founder of a franchised food company. As an entrepreneur, she believes: A prerequisite of a successful business is matching clients’ needs and wants with the right products and services.
