Katie enjoyed her role as a fraud analyst in Westpac before exploring the insurance industry as a case assessor in IAG. Highly passionate in banking lending, she has since worked with BNZ for two years before accepting the appointment of senior personal banker at ANZ. With her varied banking background and network, Katie is well equipped to exceed her customers’ expectations by understanding and adapting to different lending requirements and standards.
She specialises in financial risk assessment and profit maximisation as well as mortgage and property lending, including residential and corporate financing.
Katie has lived in New Zealand for more than 19 years. She earned her MBA degree from Auckland University of Technology and boasts excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
In her leisure time, Katie loves travelling and dancing as well as playing badminton.
